FAQ

What happens after I complete the check-in?

Nothing is sent automatically. The check-in is just for you — a private way to see where you stand. If you'd like to move forward, you can ask about joining, and if it's a good fit, Dr Bhavank sets up your account personally and sends you your login. There's no public sign-up.

Is this a replacement for therapy or medication?

No. Mind Body Confluence offers structured support, guided tools, and a direct line to Dr Bhavank — it isn't a substitute for in-person therapy, psychiatric care, or medication where those are needed. Dr Bhavank can help you think through what kind of support fits your situation, including whether you need something beyond what's offered here.

Who's actually looking after me?

Dr Bhavank is a licensed [add: profession, e.g. psychiatrist / clinical psychologist], registered with [add: regulatory body, e.g. GMC / HCPC], with [add: X] years of experience treating stress, anxiety, and depression. He is the sole clinician at Mind Body Confluence — every account, every assessment, and every message is handled personally by him. You can read more on The Doctor page.

How much does this cost?

[Placeholder — needs your actual pricing/model, e.g.:] Details of cost are discussed when you ask about joining, since the right path depends on what you need. There's no charge for the check-in itself.

How do I sign up if there's no public registration?

Every account is created individually by Dr Bhavank. Email the clinic and say a little about what you're looking for — if it's a good fit, you'll receive your login directly from him, usually within one working day.

Is my information shared with anyone?

No. Your check-in answers are seen only by you and Dr Bhavank, and used only to help choose your path. Messages go directly to him — there's no shared inbox, no third party, and your name is never published or shared.

What if I'm in crisis right now?

Mind Body Confluence is not an emergency service and isn't designed for situations that need an immediate response. If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away — don't wait for a reply here.
